We had Anthony G as our bartender and he was AWESOME. Very personable and friendly, and always on top of his job. He's doing a great job. We had the Philly, smokehouse burger, and fried couscous Mac. We drank the delicious BJ's Berry cider and brunette ale. All the food was delicious and fresh, and came out quickly. We've been here before but will definitely be coming back!

The service from our waitress was excellent, however the food servers should ask or automatically bring the necessities, like plates when they bring the appetizer. We did however get plates after asking for them. The place is large, seemed dark like the lights were too dim. The food overall was good. Recommend the avocado egg rolls if you make it here.

I like the variety of options in food. Came out to late lunch and enjoyed a new cider: apple cider donut! Loved it

Server was not aware of the drink specials pizza was missing toppings , drinks weak because they are known for the beer. Nice spot to watch the games.

Enjoyed my visit to BJs, had the spaghetti and meatballs which was okay, the smores pizookie was super delish.

We visited on a Monday evening from out of town. So glad we tried this place because we loved it. It was clean, and the food and service was amazing. Our server was Daniel T and he was great, naturally friendly, well groomed, and prompt! We ordered fish and chips and blackened shrimp tacos (recommended by the server) and they were amazing! I also got a tomato ad mozzarella salad- it was perfect!!! The leftover fish was even good the next day cold. Service was prompt, prices reasonable for the amount of food and for the taste. The food was very fresh, appealing to the eye and palate. Also, when we were leaving, the server asked if I got a Mother's Day glass- it was a day after Mother's Day. I said no and he brought one over for me "on the house" as a souvenir. It will be a cute memory as I am here with my daughter for a medical treatment. He didn't even have to do it. (This gift has nothing to do with the review but was a nice friendly gesture!) We will definitely be back!!!

Really Disappointed after our trip today. I work for a senior living, we took a group for lunch. I called twice to ensure they could accommodate us and that it was accessible for them, they confirmed everything was fine. When we got there they only had one handicap spot which was occupied, the parking lot was very icy, and after getting everyone inside and situated we were told they couldn't split the bill for us. Eventually they said they could allow it this time, but not next time. (No one told me this after two phone calls). They did check on us, the waitress was extremely patient, however when it was time to pay we waited an hour before we saw the checks. Our waitress had other tables but other staff members were just hanging out. No one cleared the table or anything. My residents were really disappointed and unfortunately we will not be returning.

Open till midnight. This was a great late night option after flying in late. went with the slow roasted wings with the BJ original sauce. It was the Totanka sauce that had me jump on this one. My wife went with ahi tuna salad. The staff was super friendly! Aislyn was our server, and at midnight, she still had a smile on her face and was extremely helpful.

We had a pretty bad experience at this location for dinner, and it wasnt handled well at the restaurant the night of, however I will say I am thoroughly impressed with how the upper management and corporate team followed up.The regional manager got in contact with me right away, discussed all of my concerns and had already jumped into action on many of the issues we experienced. I was impressed with their professionalism and have been assured all of our concerns will not only be addressed but that they are taking steps to fix the problems so that noone else experiences them as we did. All and all it seems they really care, which makes me want to give them a second chance.

This location has a great location with plenty of parking. Has a good young staff and a large menu. Seems to have had a change in management for the better. Great for all meals and a great bar

I just had the most incredible night at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, and it was all thanks to our amazing server, Roland. From the get-go, Roland’s great personality and charm made the evening stand out. He was super attentive and made us feel like VIPs.He recommended the Surf and Turf, which was delicious, and the Avocado Egg Rolls were a perfect starter. The Pizookie Trio was the cherry on top. Roland’s recommendations were spot-on, and he made sure we had everything we needed while keeping the vibe relaxed and fun.I loved the atmosphere of the place, and Roland’s fantastic service made it even better. I’m already looking forward to coming back and hoping to get Roland as our server again. He truly made the night special!

If you ever eat here, ask for Aislyn. She is an absolute sweetheart and one of the best servers I have ever had. Even for a late, last minute dinner - everything was excellent.

My bride's salmon was prepared perfectly and a good here as in 2 other states. Our server Colton did a fantastic job. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to BJ's.

Not too bad of a place to eat up here. I came here strictly for the deep dish and had some nice appetizers as well.

We dined at the Nanuet, NY restaurant tonight. We had the absolutely most wonderful server/waitress in Marie. She was so nice, welcoming, calming and kept us informed about our order. She is such a gem and I hope she is recognized for her great service.

I have been to this place a couple of times for dinner over the past month and I just have to say how lovely of an experience it had been both times. The staff here are so kind, caring and provide fabulous customer service. I’ve had the pleasure of having both Kareem and Theo as my waiters, and they have both been extremely kind and friendly gentlemen. They were so accommodating, understanding and patient when myself and my boyfriend had questions about their menu and I greatly appreciated their honesty, candor, and just overall personalities. Before this month, I had only been here maybe 5x before in the last several years since it opened and I just have to say I am greatly impressed. I have not had such an enjoyable dining experience at many places before, and the service here makes all the difference.The food is similar to any other corporate franchise, but I do happen to think it’s a bit higher quality and has tons of great options for plenty of different types of eaters to find the right thing. Truthfully this is definitely a place that will be part of my usual rotation, as the overall energy of the establishment is really nice and welcoming. I really would recommend coming here with friends, family, etc. I also love that it’s very accessible to those who use wheelchairs, walkers etc. The portions are also a great size, and the full rack of ribs on Thursday’s rib night is well worth the money when it’s literally a full forearms length!!I hope you go and enjoy it as much as I do!

We had a brand new server in training (Delone?) along with Aislyn as his mentor. I’m sorry we can’t recall his name but he had a great personality and made our experience so enjoyable! Aislyn provided great assistance to him and our dinner was served hot and efficiently. We were impressed that our server noticed small details such as bringing fresh lemon slices for our drinks. He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was gracious and kind. Dinner was delicious and overall it was a great night.

We were at this restaurant last week around 9:30pm. Whatever we asked for starting from starter to dessert was not available. Hence settled out with SLOW-ROASTED Tri-Tip ENTREE with two signature sides. The tri tip was unbelievably chewy though we asked for medium rare. Horrible meat quality and very poor sides of steamed broccoli and thin strips of carrots. It came with h a dessert. We wanted strawberry shortcake one. They were out of the dough to make the cookie hence settled with something different with strawberries on top.

Way too busy for Tuesday night. Place was packed beyond belief. Don’t even want to know what this place looks like on the weekends. Got seated right away after we showed them our time slot reservation but that’s when it all went down hill. Went there as my wife picked the place out to skip the cooking for the night but boy oh boy did we make a bad choice LOL. Found silverware to have crud on it from I’m guessing it’s last use? We started with the avocado egg rolls which I didn’t mind but my wife didn’t care for. I ordered the Caesar salad which I didn’t mind neither. My wife ordered their bone in wings but she didn’t care for them at all. Had 2 of them and asked for it to be taken back. The server took it back no problem but it left sour taste in our mouth. For a brand new place we were shocked how they just weren’t staffed properly. They even had hiring signs posted in the bathrooms. I’m ashamed at this place and how poorly run it was. Also had hard time understanding our server as there was a language barrier issue. I think I had more fun waiting at red lights than being in this place. Our server was so overwhelmed as she was serving so many tables at once and even my wife noticed all tables were siting around waiting all for their orders to come out. Never again coming back to give this place our business. Patron you have been warned!

Visited this restaurant 2 days in a row. First time was for lunch. Honey sriracha brussel sprouts were amazing, buffalo burger was good, sweet potato fries were bland, black cherry soda was very good.Second time I had prime rib dinner here and it was good. My wife ordered taco salad and she said it was bland. Desert was excellent.Overall my experience is positive. Service is good and prices are reasonable.
